  1. Apply a small amount to the area to be treated.
  2. Massage in lightly until absorbed.
  3. Repeat application 2 or 3 times a day.

Most moisturisers, especially the ones with SPG cause break outs on my face. This one is the only product that not only doesn't cause break outs but cures them and calms my skin. Also works amazing on my boyfriend who's got mature skin with rosacea.
