Retinol (Vitamin A)

What is it?

Retinol is a vitamin A derivative known for its regenerating and antiaging action: it stimulates the natural production of collagen and hyaluronic acid.

What does it do for your skin?

Retinol or vitamin A is a small, fat-soluble compound with two main functions: antioxidant and cell renewal. Its renewing properties also improve skin pigmentation, evening tone and removing dead cells for softer, smoother and glowing skin that looks younger.

Its antioxidant function prevails in lower doses, limiting the harmful effects of solar radiation and pollution. At medium or high doses it boosts cell renewal and stimulates collagen synthesis.
